Actually months it been happening my manager doesn't jave satisfaction with my work, Even for small mistakes i.e like subtotal wrong she bashes out.( As i told i corrected the file night itself.
Some she was saying she wanaa release me.... I also don't want Manager like thiss who shouts instead of trying to why mistakes happened.
So the PROBLEM IS this 1st Aniversary month....HR has asked to fill out GOALS by managers.
Shes clearly denied, told me to tell HR im getting the release.

So here's the truth - Rating, appraisal, impression - Nothing matter in TCS.
Whether u have performed best or worse, the difference in appraisal is 1-2%. And moreover don't worry about project release, assume the worst - in your mind, think that u will be layed off next month. So from today brush up your existing skills, learnings, apply LinkedIn, naukri.
Get one offer, even 10% hike is fine, keep as backup and be chill in TCS with same attitude.
