MBA advice after 10yr Developer experience

Hello Everyone,

I am working in software design and development since past 10 years. I want to switch to a management role in long term. My current salary is higher than median salary of MBA grad even from top IIMs. I cannot risk doing a fulltime mba for 2 years. Long distance mba I dont know even if its considered . Can anyone please advice.
