  • Real CTC - not the inflated dream version
  • What you will really do - not the llm language enriched, emojified version
  • Variable Promised vs Variable Actually Paid
  • Toxicity Score (1–10) - rated by people who escaped
  • Number of people who quit - and how many rage quit
  • Top 3 reasons people leave (unfiltered)
  • Manager’s Slack reply time vs your panic response window
  • % of meetings that are productive here
  • Time to Onboard vs Time to First Criticism
  • Psychological Safety Level - what happens when someone says "no"
  • Whether "we're a family" is on the wall

oh wait.. maybe letting candidate discover these inside the org once they join... is WAYYYYY better right??
