Trending @Capgemini; May I know what is the bench policy for B2 consultant of CIS BU.Been in bench for 2 months.got only one interview call and failed to clear

Hi bro I was in same situation 4 months back , joined in Aug as a B2 devops in CIS unit , first 3 months there is no single call after sending multiple mails and reachout to staffing partners finally they arranged a interview that I cleared and now working in project , suffered with panic at that time
