May day in Hyderbad and Bangalore location

Tomorrow is public holiday on 1st May in Bangalore location but if our project is from different location having no holiday still can we avail the same?

Will this leave deduct from leave balance if we avail the same becoz it is not reflecting in project timesheet and leave calender ?

Should we apply leave becoz no flexy leave is there
