Trending @Accenture; May Bonus Payout

I was quite confident that the month of May we would receive the same bonus as we received in November but looking at Ajay Vijs email, I'm not so sure anymore. Can someone confirm if we will receive the bonus or knows news about it?

Bonus same as November 24

In faqs they have mentioned right that bonuses will be paid on nov/dec cycle. Do we get in may?

Bonuses will be decided in nov/Dec cycle ...and sam will be applicable to may/June..

In faq or mail..whatever....it is to summarize the point that these variable pay percentage will be discussed and decided only in nov/Dec cycle....and will be rewarded in nov/Dec and may/june ....

No bonus in may is for AM's and above levels....

And in maila faq also they mention except for certain level in India....so just don't get confused and raise these ki d of posts....of you are in dilemma...just don't bother all these news and just wait till next week ...everything will be updated and you will get to have clear picture....

I'm an AM and I used to get bonus in May hence the concern 😄

Bonus will vary .Bonus has many components. One part will be same as december, other factors will be controlled by project (based on performance) and by hr ( based on companies performance)

Hmm I've been in the company for 7 years and my November (previous year) and May (current year) bonus had always been the same

It will come , mail says decision was done in Nov & it will be at same %.

Bonus is same for as Nov. What he mentioned is the decision of how much percentage of bonus, VP and other benefits are decided in December. So don't worry you would be getting it.
