Maximum salary on switch at TCS and Capgemini for 2+ yr experience

I am switching and already am getting 9LPA in current org. Can I expect a hike at these companies? What is the absolute maximum they can agree on since I am already getting 9lpa. Since if you are making less they won't give you more than 30-50% or maybe little more if you are making less than 5lpa. Can they give 12lpa or Capgemini can give any more? This is for Java developer role.
