Does anyone know, after being released from the project. How many days we can stay on the bench. maximum 3months/6months or 1 year like that?

Actually it is 45 days last year(2023-24). But i came to know that they extended another 45 days. If the information is true, it will be 90 days. After that there will be extended bench leave program (EBLP). This period will be 90 days. After that they will force us to resign

During EBLP, it will be same as lop. But you can claim leave balance to get salary. But as quick as possible, you shall get the project

Max 45 days, and you should receive three calls from the hiring portal. If still not received anything, means you are free to leave.
