I had a typhoid, raised exception for 1 week but hr denied saying tcs doctor has not approved your documents. All doc were original

They also not approve for me I am suffering from 'bhagender' disease which is related to our As* seat position I am not able to seat but after submitting medical documents they have not approved it

Dont expect 30 days of exception WFH.
Last year I was hospitalized I was very serious due to dengue. Still I got only 1 week of leave.

This year I was hospitalized for gal bladder stone surgery. I had stitches on multiple places on stomach. Still I got 1 week of leave. Then I had started working.

Even I had submitted all the documents and it was approved from TCS Doctors and HR. still project does this type of things with the employee. So don't hope good from project.

HR is much better

30 days at a single request. And you need to submit the latest medical documents again after 30 days.

discuss with your manager then raise for 30days to extend it again raise it for 30days however u have to get prior approval from manager before going it to HR!
