Max 4 leaves in a quarter

I heard from my manager that we can only take maximum 4 leaves including emergency and sick leaves in a quarter starting from next quarter. Is this true or just internal to the project?

How does such stupid people get hired in this company? Are you illiterate and never read the HR policy. Ask your manager to give it in writing and see him sweating.

Leaves are all yours. You can take them if they are available. If system always to apply who can stop them from taking. Leaves are regulated by TCS not by individual account.
