I have 7 month experience in Wipro Bangalore location. Now my maternity has been started and they already released me from client project and put me on free pool. Not getting any reply from HR regarding rejoining after maternity leavers over and about salary process in between this period. Is any one have any idea about this please guide me how to deal this situation
You will be paid in full for 6 months of maternity leave. Wmg will connect with you when your leave will be about to end. U need to get tagged within 90 days else u will be in lop

You will be asked to leave the company after your maternity leave gets over if you dont find any project wothing 40 days.
You will be paid in full for your maternity duration. Once you come back or about to come back wmg team will try to reach out to you regarding your plans of leave extension or joining back and will accordingly circulate your profile for new project
