My expected due date is around May mid. I want to know when should i apply for maternity leave. AND during ML is it 180 working days or complete 6 months including weekends from the date we are going on ML.

Take your earned leaves first in april and go for mat leave in may first week.

Apply ML at the starting of April and its 182 days including weekends from the start date of ML. That will be 5 and 1/2 months nearly
