How many days in advance do I need to inform and apply for maternity leave in the system? Where can I find Form B and Form E? What is the procedure for changing the dates after applying for maternity leave in the system?
I informed 2 months before..form b and form e will be in harmony. You need to take printout, fill it with your doctor and upload it in leave portal. If changes in leave plan, we can only cancel and apply again.
My advise is to plan properly and apply leave. Apply your earned leaves if admitted early.
Atleast inform 3-4 months in advance if in same project. If moving between projects then earlier so that it doesn’t take new project/client by surprise. The earlier you tell the better it is for planning .
I informed my manager two months in advance. I also shared the exact dates last week, but he mentioned that I need to fill out the forms before applying for maternity leave. I followed up to ask where I can download the forms, but I haven’t received a response yet.
