Can you please help me to know where to find maternity leave policy in HCl portal.Also can you please tell me the process of applying Maternity Leave. How to apply and how many weeks We are eligible to apply including extended one? Before how many months we need to inform manager about Pregnancy plan? APPRECIATE you for many responses. Thanks in advance😊
New to Hcl, need to know the same becoz HR's are worst here. They will release offer letter, we will join.Lets say, if we ask for joining bonus or notice period buy out expenses, They have only one answers why did you join the company if you r expecting these many things.
You can check with someone who already availed maternity.or try to ask any HR. Hoping u to receive the best answer instead , of this " why did you join the company to avail the maternity" you shouldn't have availed it😃😃😃
