Maternity leave on bench

Can I apply maternity leave if I put on the bench as currently Tcs will inform me that they will release me from the project.

I joined TCS in November 2024 and tagged in a project since last 8 months. they will put me on the bench and I've to explore other projects at this time.

Please give some valuable and good advice, will there be any problem if I apply maternity leave during the bench period.

No need to apply ML As per labour rule, company can't terminate carrying woman. Take ML as per your schedule. Inform RMG well advance about your situation with arrifacts( scan report)

Apply it don't take any tensions about ongoing crisis. Make sure you are sending everything through email communication.
