Trending @Accenture; Maternity leave impacts bonus?

I am going on mat leave next week. And I have received 0 hike and single digit bonus which is the lowest in my career of 4 years in Accenture. Did they do it because of mat leave? There has been no issues from performance point of view from my side. Is there a way we can take it up with HR?
