Hi All , I am joining Infosys as a lateral and I am 3 Months pregnant can I go on maternity leave after joining Infosys after 4 or 5 months as we have probation period in infy for 6 Months can anyone help me on this

As part of recent change in policies, you can go for ML . But your probation will be extended. Keep HR informed upfront, so that they can plan better. Enjoy motherhood days!!
