Maternity leave denial
I have been working with gap since 4 months through 3rd party payroll. I have mailed for maternity as i have completed 80 days without any leaves. Now they are not approving my leave instead they are forcing me to talk with my parent company manager to request for 1 month leave. What should i do in this situation

Generally, for consultants working through a third party, any type of leave is governed by the company that manages your payroll, mainly due to billing reasons. I’d suggest checking with your parent organization regarding this. In India, however, it is mandatory for employers to provide maternity leave. @VitalIngrate
