Trending @Infosys; Maternity Leave and WFH Clarification
I will be going on maternity leave in February. How many days in advance should I apply for the leave? Also, what is the process for applying for work from home before my maternity leave? Can anyone please explain the maternity leave policy in infosys?
I am going on maternity leave from feb.My manger asked to apply for ML after January and I talked to my HR regarding wfh exception until ML. She accepted it bit didnt ask for any documents
You can apply ML now itself base on approx dates. You can move it up and down based on actual delivery date. Do inform your manager so that he/she can plan. For wfh you reach out hr she will give you a portal link where you will have to upload your medical reports and doctor recommendatio. Infosys doctors will take a call and give their recommendatim you manager and hr can then use that to put exception on system with dm approval
