My manager said that for next 6 months when you go on maternity you will not be filling in the timesheets so we will be putting you on bench. Is this the same for all or is this new to hear ?? And is the pay full or partial when we are on bench ??

Puting on bench during maternity leave is normal I guess. Haven't heard anyone receiving partial salary, you'll continue to receive full salary while you're on maternity leave

Unfortunately, this happens at Capgemini. People are taken off projects during maternity leave and have to find a new project after returning, which is unfair.
