You have to update your spouse name in My Connect->Update dependent family. Once it gets updated in my connect portal then you have to send an email(employeeinsurance.in@capgemini.com) with screenshot of dependent family table stating to generate e-card to your spouse. Same can be followed to generate e-card for new born baby as well.
