Trending @Infosys; Maternity benefits during probation period

My wife decided to join infy but the problem is she is 3 months pregnant at the date of joining what happened in this if they were allowed to take maternity leave during probation.if yes what will be confirmation scenario in infy.

Can anyone help me ?

She can't be continued with her current organization due to the very toxic environment
