Luckily today isn’t like 2019

50 for Rohit! Lets goooo
100 coming 🥳🥳

No point winning like this tbh Not doubt India has played brilliantly
But they had an undue advantage right from the start playing all their matches in Dubai
They took 2 matches to realise that they need 4 spinners on these pitches
Other teams did not have that luxury. On top of that, they had to travel very frequently
Even if India appears to be the best team of the tournament, they will always face the criticism
Victory will be nice and memorable but less sweet
So bcci would have either boycotted the entire tournament or might had taken a stand to shift it entirely

Learn from others ? There are coaches, analysts, and others who would have watched all of India's matches in the tournament to prepare tactics against each player.. Studied the pitch conditions, ground conditions, weather forecast.. all of it is taken into consideration before the match starts.
Plus, there was an ample gap after the semi-final which NZ won very handily - using bowlers to control the pace of the match and get wickets after having put up a very high score. Which is what they were looking to replicate here, but failed to put up a high enough score.
No undue advantage. India won fair and square. As for playing all their matches in Dubai, India took a stand that they won't play in Pak due to safety concerns. The other teams could have joined in if they wanted to.

252 to win for India 🇮🇳
