Trending @Capgemini; Masters with Job in CG

I am in CG with past 2 yrs , and now I feel like pursuing masters, although I don't want to resign the job due to the current market condition, so I am thinking for pursuing masters with my job as secured in CG , So what will be the best options for me for better college ? How can I manage Job+MS Study ? Any Suggestions or Guidance ? Is it a good option to do this though?

First of all, is it possible to purse masters without resigning CG. ? Do CG have that policy ?

CG itself sponsor you to do so , all the funds and facility is provided by CG itself ,but int that case you need to sign a bond with CG in return. IDK about the bond period though.

Your plan sounds like trying to ride two boats at once. It's a recipe for disaster. Masters and job, both demand time and dedication. You can't serve two masters at once. It's like trying to mix oil and water. Choose one path and stick to it. "Dhobi ka kutta, na ghar ka na ghat ka." What's your priority: job security or higher education?

It's not that I don't wanna leave job for security but it's like simultaneously with masters I can do gain experience in job too.
