Masters or work exp for higher salary

I currently work in one of the Big 4 firms as an analyst.. After completion of Btech I joined Deloitte in Oct,2023 ... After being in this field for about 7 months now.. What would be better in order to improve salary scale - a) Getting masters in management domain from a good university next year then joining as consultant or b) working for 2 yrs and getting promoted further as consultant ( keeping in mind that my CTC right now is 6LPA only)
