Masters in computer science from new zealand?

I did some research and found out that there are a lot of top tier colleges in new Zealand that offer really good curriculum for a CS masters degree. I am almost convinced to apply to one of those courses next year.

Is there anyone who has completed their masters from there? I am curious about their admission and visa process for indian students.

Are you interested in working in NZ after graduating? If so, it’s not worth it because NZ salaries are piss poor. There’s barely any good companies there and the salaries are barely higher than good companies in India

Which country would offer a good salary with a reasonable cost to education? I’m planning to save around 30 lakhs for my masters and minimise my future liabilities. I might take a loan if it’s needed.

In NZ but don't have a Master's. It's a great place overall but insanely expensive. A lot of people, both locals and recent immigrants now moving to Aus from here.

Move here if you only care about nature & a basic lifestyle not for money, career or anything else. Also look at the crazy housing / rental market and cost of living too as part of your research.

Go to Canada or Europe. Don't give gate, I've been there and done that. Too much competition and you won't learn anything in the college.

What's wrong with India?

Write GATE in India and if you're one of the top rankers, you'll have scholarships and free pass to colleges in Singapore and Germany. (IIT's included)

GATE is the reason why I don’t want to do masters from India
