I am planning to do masters these year 2026 .I am currently working at Accenture with around 2yoe what are your thoughts on masters .I am planning to go to Ireland.Need guidance on these any thoughts on these should I do masters or look for switch?

Totally depends upon you, dude, and your goals in life.
There is no one correct path to live life. Every path chosen will have some pros & cons, and there will be the opportunity cost of all the other paths not chosen.
So do whatever makes you more happy. Nobody else can help you with that.
