Mastercard Job Offer
Hi folks , I am about to join Mastercard Gurgaon office this week. Currently, I am in Hyderabad -and MasterCard also has an office here where the same team data and services sits although my sub team is sitting only in Gurgaon office.
Problem is my wife has not been able to get a job in Gurgaon so I am planning to speak to my manager in the Gurgaon office to let me work from the Hyderabad office due to my wife circumstances. Do you think he would be okay? I can try to come to the Gurgaon office, maybe once every quarter to the Gurgaon office if it’s okay with him.
Any thoughts ?
Mastercard is hiring for Hyderabad location aggressively. Try to get your work location changed to Hyderabad before joining
HR denied changing that. Joined Ggn location for now. Worst case will do an IJP after one year.
From what I know Mastercard has strict wfo policies. Not sure how it is for your team.
Btw how was your interview experience? Did you applied or a recruiter reached out to you? How does the screening works?
But working from Hyd office will not help ?
