Trending @HCL; Mastercard India vs Onshore Netherlands

My lWD is 22 oct and from request from client HCL is retaining and sending me Netherlands but said it will take at least 2 months for the VISA process. Till this point I have not revoked my papers and waiting for compensation for Netherlands. I am not sure I have counter offer from Mastercard with 80 percent hike

The thing here is the client does not want me to leave at any cost. Because of his effort and he is very transparent with me about it HCL is agreeing to send me UK now and estimated compensation would be 55k pound which is very cheap compared to my experience in UK
