Trending @Accenture; Mass resignations
What if 1 whole team from accenture operations or most of the members in the team in accenture operations resigns? How this will b taken care as there is critical business loss impact? Will management listen to those people and accept and work on there terms or they will ask all of them to leave n go?

Haha, they will make new team, they have huge resources sitting on bench

They will catch some bakaras to manage somehow. Don’t think about company.. think about yourself and your career

My lead was telling they don't negotiate when someone wants to leave they'll find replacement of even AD in a month if they wish to leave

I would not suggest anyone resign without having an offer in hand. Don’t do it just to test the waters. Even if you’re indispensable and they retain you, management will remember it.
If you’re unhappy, you should definitely explore other options. I am not saying you should adjust and stay. But secure an offer first. Prioritize yourself, because very few people will do it for you.

So you need to serve 90days noticed period and for organization 30days enough to build new team. But I appreciate your steps because anyhow it will part of discussion for them why it's happening.

No one is happy here, it's getting too toxic these days

They can nerver show anyone at any cost that they need them

They don’t care even if you do mass resignations

Well there are so many on bench they will just replace

There may be a chance that management will listen but are you willing to take a chance. What if they don't listen and your team end up losing job without any opportunity in hand?. Suggest to get an offer and whoever is resigning mention the same reasons
