Trending @Accenture; Mass resignation coming to ATCI soon
It is what it is. Soon, people will switch to better pay and company who don't have volatile policy and actually give facilities.
Already my teammates are taking slightly increases package and leaving, just 1 day policy was giving us strength to deal with them but now its no point
Let's really change companies. If you want to go these many 6 to better paying company

Exactly this is why they are implementing this policy, they don't want to publicly fire peple as their share prices will be affected.
And it's you feel mass resign will come but that is highly unlikely

Nobody is leaving anymore because people resigning are being put on PIP.. very confusing state of affairs.. neither are they letting people leave, nor are they giving them reason to stay.. utmost exploitation

This is so true . Once a great place to work and today it turned horrible. I am top performer and critical resource of my project. After 4 years in the same project, I asked for a roll off as I want to learn new skills and explore more opportunities. Management just made my life hell, I was treated so badly that my mental health is totally out. After 3 months of torture I was left with no option but to resign without any offer in hand. They couldn’t find any replacement for my role and started showing that frustration on me. My shift allowance was not approved, I was asked to come to office, I am overloaded with work. 2 more juniors members in my team placed papers as they were worried how would they handle the project without me. Literally my project is now left with 2 resource who has hardly 3-4 months of experience in this project.

Management really doesn't care about keeping the project. They will just move on

These many days go to better company

People are already leaving accenture. People who are I'm accenture since fresher level and have 14 years of exp are leaving accenture. You can understand. There is no scope even in coming 5 years.

Wow
