Mass layoffs in Bangalore Bhuwalka block.

Yesterday I went to Bhuwalka block in Bangalore and few people went to discuss with HR one by one and after some time I came to know that HR is asking to switch off mobile before one and one connects and HR is asking to resign by taking 3 months salary or they will terminate. Maximum people resigned. Why no one is questioning the mobile switch off and the project allocation. HR and RMG are responsible for project allocation. But their main aim is to remove employees.

If you see Bhuwalka RMG odc its like peak SBI bank which we see during lunch time. Particular domain RMG will not stay in their designated place and they will step out after login and they will not be back. I saw one particular RMG and she is saying are babaaa please all stay outside I am not getting sufficient ac. Literally 50+ years people are staying in line with sad faces. We can see loans and emi in their faces.

Yes..this is happening in chennai campus as well.. security guards are shouting at them to stand on the proper line. They are standing near the lift area. Many senior employees particularly..no respect for their age and their contribution to team /Organisation.

Papi log hain ye RMG + HR in TCS ye kabhi bhi sukh se nahin rahenge ..... Whoever is responsible for these layoffs in the name of restructuring will not be able to survive himself/ herself as well in this company.

My case is different. After I'm at pool, I got selected for a project but RMG didn't provide any allocation. It's been 20 calender days without allocation after selecting for a project.

35 days is too less as they don’t have proper communication between RMG and project people . If ur profile reach out to project also they will evaluate it for 3-4 times which will take 2 weeks minimum then they will schedule client round by checking their availability so 1 week gone . If u do well then also 1 week required for all approval process .
