My friend told it was there haven't asked him how much , he is not in a state to talk much about it as everything happened in just 5-10 min. Imagine going to office in morning and suddenly in 10 minutes u lost your job and asked to leave office
Yes they giving total 4 month of severance
As layoffs usually happen in phases so surely more will come as the company is running in loss So better to avoid joining such companies or either ask for at least >60 lpa so even if they fire the severance will be high for you to survive
But sad state is that Miq is still in profits in millions ..its that YoY growth is not in same line as projections and they have resorted to layoffs
