Trending @Wipro; MAS parental claim

Hey I recently got my mother's ayurveda prescribed medications and the bill has her name on it. A few of her medications were reimbursed but when I tried doing that again, it got rejected stating that the name on the bill doesn't match my name. Is there any other way i can reimburse it?
