How can I get claim for specs bought from lenskart? I shared invoice, screenshots from app everything to prove that its a buy 1 get 1. But they’re keeping it on hold every time cause it’s look like I bought two glasses.
How can I show that lenskart creates invoices like that only? Is there any policy or something which can prove?
Try to keep one bill under frame and other under lens,1 on 1 mostly we cant claim as they give 1 invoice,I have tried this
Just get the mail confirmation from lenskart store or customer care asking them to mention that this is BOGO type.
Only 1 specs you can buy in a year. I bought 4 specs and applied for all 4 with 4 different invoices but they told me to upload consolidated bill after that they considered highest price among the 4 specs. So got claim of 1 specs😅

Connect with the Lenskart customer support and ask them that you need an official mail confirmation from them that you bought the specs under buy one get one offer and also ask them to mention the invoice number in the same mail. I did the same and uploaded a screenshot of it. My expense got reimbursed.
