
Trending @Wipro; MAS claim- Visit health and their stupid “cashless” reimbursement
Is there any way we can escalate the new MAS claims? Only going through their network/online consults is soo wrong! Of course I would go to a doctor who knows my complete background of my health issues! How is this even legal from their end?! Can we all collectively raise a ticket raising this as a concern? What do you all think?

Correct we all should unite and escalate it.. As of now I have raised 3 claims and for all of them they have raised query although I have submitted all the genuine and under compliance documents. What's the use of this 3rd party cheap vendor

But why online they reimburse the amount if u have visited some doctor physically , I have got my reimbursement for my daughter's check-up

Very very rude customer attendants. So far I raised 7-8 claims , most of them got rejected.they are just finding any reason to reject

Visit app also does not any reimbursements for pharmacy for dependents etc though there is a section to add but what’s the use
