Hi all,

I have a marriage and honeymoon trip toward the end of the year for which I need around 20 days of leave. I am in a project. Is it possible that the manager can reject those leaves?

If yes then what's the alternative??

If you apply well in advance then I don't think there's any reason for your manager to reject it. Also, there's not much work as well during year end so you should be fine

Like apply in replicon or just letting them know in advance through email??

I also applied, many people in our team applied 1 month in advance and it was approved. I applied 4 month in advance to be on safer side.

U can apply leaves and parallely send mail as well and let ur client side should also know about this...u will definitely get approval for 20days..if u have leaves pending ..they will allow for marriage purpose
