If in a month I apply 10 days leave for my marriage and after 10 days, I apply WFO for 1 month in BTO exemption, will that be an issue? Will it fall under non-compliance that in a month I did not go to office due to leave and WFO?

Hi @Riseandshine , as per policy 60% attendance is required in your working days. You can get WFH option by reaching out to your manager and HR.

But the Manager supposed to be good and supportive,otherwise not possible.

@Itsmine Even if I apply wfo in BTO exemption, do I still need to complete 60% of attendance?

Yes suppose if I apply leave from 2nd of the month to 13th of the month and from 15th of the same month I will be applying wfh.
