I recently joined infy now and yet to find project but now when i tell about my leave plan to project calls they are rejecting, any idea how to deal here

I remember from my recent induction that Infy give an exception for marriage leaves. Talk to your HRBP and explain the situation.

While company policy will give you exception no project manager would be able to take you considering you have an immediate long leave plan coming up. Better to take up some accelerate talks till then.
