Trending @Accenture; Marketo project

Hi all , I joined Accenture last year as a fresher having primary skill as SFMC. But i was sitting idle for 4,5 months and then was offered a project in Marketo and On24.Marketo work is nothing but folder creation and on24 tasks are so repetitive. I see no growth , no learning as in here. Any suggestions? Sometimes i want to leave IT and prepare for some government job.
