Marketing Manager vs. Product Manager

I'm working at a B2B Startup as a Marketing Manager. I'm offered the shares of the company (vested across 2 years) and a decent pay. The work-life balance is good, and the job is fully remote (subjective though).

I'm planning to deep dive into becoming a Product Manager after my 2 years vesting period is over.

Any estimate on the payscale that I can expect?

Any other insights regarding role switch would also be highly appreciated.
