Hi guys! I recently got laid off from my company. It was a v early strage startup. Need help navigating the job hunting process. I've been applying to a lot of companies but not getting any calls. 🥲 would really appreciate if someone who is/was in the same situation can suggest tips on how to atleast get to interview round 1.

So currently I look for openings on LinkedIn/indeed/Glassdoor/naukri (relevant to my experience)...I apply there then I find the hrs or higher management of the companies and send them an in-mail on LinkedIn expressing my interest in the job. I also attach my portfolio & resume.
