I’m searching for job from last 3 months, got interviewed in about 30-40 companies. Cleared all rounds in few companies, in some managerial is pending.
These companies are disappearing keeping things pending.
Not able to understand whats going on.

Just patiently wait and get back to recruiters with mail requesting feedback. They should get back to you in 2-3 business days if not drop them a mail. Keep trying for other companies as well and keep every conversation via mail for accountability. All the best!
