Market seems unstable to me or Is it for everyone?
Left my job to one of service based as not been promoted for last 2-2.5 years even after putting all sort of efforts and push from my end, within the tenure for 5years straight. Managaerial ppl sucks at such companies only at last the favoritism happens. Left the org with a frustation and hope that I will be getting something better in few months but its more than 7months got nothin. The interviews are clearing up but still the positions are getting on hold or candidature getting ghosted by every other company. Savings are vanished, mentally broke, frustrated. It seems sometimes that after 8 years of experience and working with some most demanded domains like fintech and healthcare, I stand no where and not talented enough to survive. No hopes left for now exhausted completely
Why did you make such a mistake. Before having an offer you left
I was so frustrated at that place that I wasn’t left with any option and notice was of 3 months which when heard by any recruiter, they just responded I will call you back with no response later. And that place has became so toxic so I just thought that I will get something in next 2-3 months and it also change my visibilty towards recruiters. But after that things gone so bad that I barely got call and if there were any they process everything till last stage and just hold it or ghost it
