SAP consultant, 10 years, and still asking for average? Shame! Expect 20-25 lakhs. Are you underpaid or just under-skilled? Kya aapko apni skills par vishwas nahi hai?

Currently my package is only 19 LPA. I got three offers in the last couple of years but couldn't switch due to bad market conditions,hope of promotion and risks involved at present in changing of work environment.
