Actually, someone heard it in our team from their previous team lead in accenture only

Market correction happened way back in 2021, when other companies were giving crazy packages to people. Just to retain talent they roled out market correction in June, remember Nov'20 they gave only 4-5% hike hence this was done. But this time there would be none as the overall market and macro economic conditions are gloomy.
