Increase in a base pay as per market standards so that the employee will be treated equally in terms of pay...!
Earlier I got 20 percent coz I was having very less salary.

Market corrections are driven at the HR level and managers do not have any control on that. But I have seen HRs coming to me for market correction for one of my reportees. With out any performance the employee got 30% hike out of any hikes cycle. But note that market corrections will only happen when Accenture has buffer allocated money lying around and it might not happened to everyone . They have a specific criteria and very few folks fall under that category. Now that Accenture is heavily investing on Ai I believe that they do not have money to do market corrections .
