Don't expect, I have 4yoe in Accenture with 14lpa and was expecting a promotion last year but didn't get it now my manager said no promotion in Dec as well. So I resigned and got 33lpa offer outside

Is it mandatory? Because I am 4 yoe and ctc is not even proper 6 till now... Actually we had even asked our manager about it and he confirmed that theres nothing related to correction in this year
