Market bad or me?
I have been applying for new positions since March and haven't got single interview call. I have 3 years of experience and currently working in service-based company. I reached people for reference and got referred to some companies but still no response. I want to blame market but I see people switching daily.

Probably a combination of both :
- The market is indeed tough currently with limited hiring happening
- Given the tough market, is your skillset and resume good enough to stand out from the crowd, to be able to compete for the limited jobs available?

I agree, but I see people with less skillset getting hired. Maybe my resume is not good.
