That's very true.. I also fought with my senior leadership that we're gonna lose resources if this is the case ... We are struggling to maintain skills and long term resources knowledge.
Accn doesn't bother about loosing resources. They want to acquire more n more small companies and show off their number in market
Well said.. As a project manager it's a big trouble for us to maintain resources and skills as many of my team members started resigning.. finally blame on us stating u guys didn't plan for backup and hence this situation ..

Hi guys, I got promoted to L9 in December cycle w 13% hike, my PL said they will do market correction in June cycle (now). Do you really think this will happen? If so how do I negotiate to get the % hike that I want? I have never negotiated before.
What I heard is that the layoff list is getting ready due to Trump’s traffs of losing government projects.
Already in my project one colleague had laid off. Also a year back management informed directly that the layoff will start gradually.

@BoilingMisreading29 Cost cutting.Person getting higher salary employees are to being layoff as planned . But I never expected a layoff to happen in my team. So we need to stop thinking about getting a higher salary within a short period . It is affecting long term stability in the IT sector .
